DACLON NYLON
Monofilament non-absorbable suture made of polyamide 6.0/6.6, uncoated, minimal tissue reaction. Gradually encapsulated by connective tissue, thread mass decreases ~10%/year due to hydrolysis. Used in general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics and neurosurgery.
